Download area for android app

With the introduction of Android 10, some smartphone devices have the problem that externally connected cameras no longer work. This problem has already been solved by Google. The problem is now that not all smartphone manufacturers have yet introduced this update for all model variants. So it is possible that when using Optris thermal cameras the IRmobile App does not work properly.

This can be solved by a manual installation of the IRmobile App using the APK file available here. Download this file and copy it to your smartphone (e.g. in the download folder). Open the file in the File Manager and install the app manually. If a message window appears stating that the program comes from an "unsafe source", allow access. After successful installation of the app, everything should work now.
