Thermal imager optris PI wins renowned technology award

Berlin, Readers of the industrial engineering journal “Technische Revue” voted the optris PI infrared camera series last year’s best product. The General Manager of Optris GmbH Dr. Ulrich Kienitz accepted the award at the Hannover Messe on 25 April 2012. The editorial team put the five most frequently viewed products on their website at choice. Besides the infrared camera there were two electric motors, a security system and a linear position sensor at choice. The Optris PI camera won with a total of 38 per cent of the votes.
