Optris grants worldwide warranty for 24 months
The worldwide warranty time for all Optris products is 24 months.
Should your devices suffer a defect, be it within or after the expiration of the warranty time, we will repair the product as soon as possible, within the framework conditions indicated in the respective product manuals.
If you want to report a defect or seek further advice, please consult our Service Center. The phone number is +49 (0)30 500 197 0. We will take care of your concern immediately.
Our repair service
Our repair service comes to your help, even if the warranty period of your product has already expired. In case of problems with our infrared thermometers and thermal imagers, please consult our Service Center. Our application engineers are always at your service.
Further service
To prevent inaccurate measuring results, the calibration of your infrared devices is advisable. We inspect and adjust the measuring accuracy of your pyrometers and thermal imagers in our in-house calibration laboratories, thus guaranteeing that your measurement devices work reliably at all times.
Furthermore, Optris provides a works test certificate for your puchased thermal imagers and infrared thermometers in exchange for a small expense load, thus documenting the accurate functioning of your device at the time of purchase.
