Service – the basis for a good partnership

As an internationally active company, Optris puts great importance to a comprehensive assistance of our customers. This does not only include the counceling on infrared technology and the latest products, but also the ongoing exchange of experience with our customers. Thus, we can secure a sustainable success for the company as well as offering you infrared measuring devices, that are perfectly suited for your individual measuring purposes. 

Customer focus and extensive service features are of great importance to achieve the set service goals. The Optris service center is open from Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm with the exception of national bank holidays. All our application engineers have an excellent education as well as extensive experience covering our product range and various applications.
Information regarding your orders, products, return consignments as well as repair and calibration can be checked with our Service Center as well. 

For international on site visits, we cooperate with multiple distributors all over the world.

Extensive device service

Apart from offering information on non-contact temperature measurement or detailed advice on choosing the proper infrared measurement device for your specific application, our Service Center supplies further options such as a calibration service, works test certificates for your devices as well as reparation services.

Calibration service for IR thermometers and thermal imagers

Our in-house calibration service makes sure that your infrared thermometers and thermal imagers deliver precise and reliable measuring results at all times, allowing the use in application fields such as quality assurance.

Works test certificates for infrared temperature measurement devices

For only a small expense loading, Optris supplies a works test certificate with every device, confirming its measuring accuracy. The documentation of the measuring result is indicated by three different temperature values within the same measuring range.

Always at your service

Our experts are glad to help, should your infrared measuring devices need repair works, be it within or after the expiration of our 24-months warranty. Our repair service takes immediate care of defects and problems with our measuring technology, thus sparing you expensive disruptions of the production process.
